San Jose Sharks Roenick loves Canada
The San Jose Sharks have an excellent chance at the cup this year. One of the team leaders is long time NHL mouthpiece and tough man Jeremy Roenick. He freely admits his days are numbered. So much so, that he has taken his kids with him on the current eastern swing for the team. He told reporters he wants his kids to see what its like to watch hockey from a Canadian Venue and how awesome it is.
This speaks volumes about our game, and we have a ton to be proud of because of it. Even though I am loud Leafs Nation, the Sharks winning would not be a bad thing.
